Biography

Carlos A. DuBois Jr. joins 91视频 as the Executive Assistant of the Vice President for Student Affairs, where he provides executive-level administrative support, coordinates strategic initiatives, and helps advance programs and services that enhance the student experience. He is committed to fostering collaboration, operational excellence, and student success while supporting the mission and vision of the Division of Student Affairs.

Before joining 91视频, DuBois served in several leadership roles within higher education, including Administrative Coordinator in the Office of the President, Assistant Director of Campus Life and Student Activities, and Academic Excellence Coach. These experiences strengthened his expertise in executive administration, project management, student engagement, event planning, organizational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. 

DuBois earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Claflin University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Development from Columbia International University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Administration at Voorhees University.

A Columbia, SC native, DuBois enjoys fitness, exploring emerging technology and artificial intelligence, and spending time with family and friends. He is passionate about lifelong learning, servant leadership, and empowering others through education, innovation, and meaningful relationships.

Columbia has something for everyone, from beautiful parks and the Riverwalk to local restaurants, festivals, and sporting events. Having been raised in Columbia, it's especially rewarding for him to live and work in a city that has played such an important role in shaping who he is, while having the opportunity to give back to the community that invested in him.
